Local Repair/ Replacement Request Temporary Freeze

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding our services. Effective from March 25th to March 31st, 2024, we will be implementing a temporary freeze on Local Repair/Replacement (RMA) requests. This decision has been made as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our After Sales Service operations and provide you with an improved customer service experience starting from April 1st, 2024.

During this transition phase, we kindly request all our esteemed customers to collect any pending or due items from our Service Centers before March 22nd. This will ensure a seamless transition for both parties involved and help us serve you better in the future.
