PLAN FEATURES

Activate your inReach subscription¹ to stay in touch with friends and family beyond the limits of cellular networks. In an emergency, you can trigger an interactive SOS message with your GPS coordinates to the Garmin Response^℠ 24/7-staffed international response coordination center.

All plans include emergency SOS messaging. Other accessible features will vary by device. You can move between plans as your needs change — or suspend² service at no cost when you don’t need it.

Handheld devices with inReach technology utilize the Iridium® satellite network and provide global coverage. Satellite and LTE connectivity on smartwatches with inReach technology is not available in all countries. Check Garmin.com/inreachcoverage for requirements and to see which services are accessible in your area — or in areas where you may be traveling.

¹Some jurisdictions regulate or prohibit the use of satellite communication devices. It is the responsibility of the user to know and follow all applicable laws in the jurisdictions where the device is intended to be used.

²Service can be suspended for up to 12 months at a time. No satellite or LTE connectivity or features are available while service is suspended.

All plans are subject to a one-time activation fee, as listed in the table above. (The first-time activation fee is waived for users who have smartwatches with inReach technology.) User can suspend their plan for up to 12 months at $0 with no reactivation fee. Reactivation of a canceled plan is subject to the one-time activation fee.

All plans are billed monthly. Selected plan auto-renews monthly unless user changes plan selection or cancels before the next renewal date. U.S. plan prices do not include applicable state/local taxes. Unless stated otherwise, non-U.S. plan prices do not include applicable VAT or other taxes. Additional charges apply to messages sent through the satellite network exceeding selected plan limits.
