Blue Mosque (Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Mosque) (1.5-2hr)

Architectural Pleasure with Blue!

The second largest dome in Southeast Asia, this mosque features a Malay and modernist design. Look closely and you can see fine Arabic calligraphy on the inner domes and the walls. Its blue reference comes from the striking dome while its four minarets are the second tallest in the world.

Museum Sultan Alam Shah (0.5-1hr)

One of Malaysia's Oldest Museum

Established in 1887, this is the second mosque in Malaysia after Taiping. Minangkabau design inspired, it has a History Gallery and a Cultural Gallery. The former has displays of tools forefathers used in their daily work while the latter is a show of rituals performed during birth, marriage and death.

One of Klang Valley's household name for barbecued pork (char siew), Meng Kee does brisk business daily, as workers deftly slice up strips of pork belly that have been marinated and grilled to tender perfection - perfect with oiled rice. It also offers roast chicken and Chinese sausages.

An Event-ful Place

Run, Walk or Unwind

Be in tune with nature while at this lake garden. Surrounded by a man-made lake, tracks are populated with people going for evening walks or sweating it out. Kids would enjoy animal spotting at the 43 hectare park, home to tortoises, fishes, peacock, goose, stork and even peacock.
