Sessions

Participants may register for one of the following curated sessions:

1. Beginner 3KM Walk/Run with Mom (8:00 AM - 10:00 AM)

A light and enjoyable community walk/run session suitable for beginners, designed to celebrate movement together with moms or your kids.

2. Move with Mom - Kids Friendly Mat Pilates (10:30 AM - 12:00 PM)

A guided fun and accessible mat pilates session for moms and kids (6 years old & above) to stretch, move and bond together.

3. Process Painting Workshop by HumanKind (12:00 PM - 2:00 PM)

Unwind through a guided creative workshop focused on self-expression and mindful art-making with your mom. All participants aged 18 & above.

Registrations: Participation is available via sign up at the links provided and slots are limited. Early registration is encouraged to secure your preferred session.

Terms & Conditions

1. All sessions require a RM 30 sign-up fee to participate
2. Each sign-up for one session includes:
   1. ONE (1) complimentary slot for a plus one (bring your mom or child, where applicable)
   2. ONE (1) food and beverage redemption at the event
   3. ONE (1) live portrait drawing photostrip to be provided at the event
   4. ONE (1) goodie bag
3. Registration for the Beginner 3KM Walk/Run with Mom & Move with Mom – Mat Pilates sessions must be made via the Kita Balance Community platform.
4. Registration for the Process Painting Workshop must be made via HumanKind.
5. Slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
6. Garmin reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
